Blessings Bovine Ska and Rocksteady Friends, 

Back in December of last year we lost the exceptional talents of singer, arranger, and guitarist, Milton Henry. Milton was a key voice in multiple harmony groups early in his career, including The Leaders, The Progressions, and The Emotions, and he also provided his virtuosic abilities on guitar when he was a member of The Hippy Boys. Milton’s career spanned over six decades as he would go on to become an excellent solo artist and a n important part of Lloyd Barnes’ Wackie’s label.  For our memorial for Milton, we covered his earliest work in harmony groups, his solo cuts, and his work as a backing vocalist and arranger.  We send our deepest respects to Milton’s family, friends, and many musical colleagues.
