We begin this week’s Bovine Ska with two sets of ska beginning with a killer rare 1964 tune from Charley”Organ” Organaire entitled Red Sea in honor of his appearance here in LA this week. We follow those opening sets with our weekly mento set, and then a long set of killer reggae cuts from 1972-175 specially selected by Lily hreself. Midway through the show we have a spotlight of Coxsone Dodd’s small run but significant UP TOWN LABEL.
