Somewhat hindered by the two day blackout here in Los Angeles, Lily and I still feel confident that we have put together a mighty festive show for you this Tuesday! We begin the show with two sets of joyous reggae covers from 1969-1972 of songs written by the great Burt Bacharach. We love Burt a great deal and know that you will dig these fun covers of his biggest hits. We have also assembled a spotlight of the WINCOX LABEL, Winston Chin Quee and Coxsone Dodd’s fantastic ska imprint (1964-65).
