Hello Bovine Ska and Rocksteady Listeners

The day after we posted last week’s show, we received the very sad news that legendary producer, Lloyd “The Matador” Daley had passed away on March 18th. We then spent the weekend reflecting on the amazing contributions to Jamaican music that Lloyd gave us during his career, and thus we assembled a two hour tribute where you will hear rare and popular selections from Lloyd’s Matador, Mistic, Syndicate, and Secret Agent labels that feature classic songs from Dennis Emmanuel Brown, John Holt, Freddie McKay, Alton Ellis and many more.
