We hope that you all had a beautiful weekend Bovine Ska Listeners. The week started with L.A. on fire (high of 92 degrees) so we thought to cool it down with the cooler than ice, Max Romeo. This week our label spotlight is on the ROMAX label that features many outstanding productions from Romeo and Winston Riley for Big Youth, Dillinger, Jimmy Riley and of course, Max Romeo himself. We started off the show with two sets of rare ska, glided into a mellow mento set, before ending the first hour with rocksteady before going into the Romax Label.
